  Jitters is a student-volunteer-run coffee lounge. Our normal operating hours are 8:00pm until midnight, seven days a week. Student organizations and University departments may request to use the Jitters facility. 

Please complete the form below to request the use of Jitters. All forms must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event.

SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE.  Please allow up to one week to receive a response regarding the acceptance or denial of your request.

  Please enter your initials and check the box to indicate your acknowledgment of the following:

(A) You accept full responsibility for any and all damages caused to the Jitters facility or property during your event.  Any damages caused must be reported to the Jitters adviser as soon as possible.
(B) You may not use any food belonging to Jitters.
(C) The facility must be maintained in the same condition as it was prior to your event.  Specifically,
     (1) Furniture must be returned to its original location;
     (2) All trash must be in a receptacle;
     (3) All dishes must be cleaned and returned to their original location;
     (4) Lights, if changed, must be replaced with originals;
     (5) Lights must be turned off and doors closed when leaving the facility;
     (6) Table tents, advertisements, programs, agendas, and other materials dispersed during your event must be removed.
(D) Any further reasonable care, not mentioned above, must be maintained.
